What Is ThetaHealing®?

 

ThetaHealing® is a meditative technique that works with the subconscious mind.

During a session, your brain enters a deeply relaxed state — similar to the feeling just before sleep. From this calm, focused space, we can explore beliefs and emotional patterns that may be operating below conscious awareness.

Together, we gently identify beliefs that are no longer helpful and replace them with supportive, empowering ones. This process is collaborative, guided, and always centered on what you want to work on.

What Happens in a ThetaHealing® Session?
 

Each session is unique, but most follow this general flow:

1. Conversation & Intention
We begin by talking about what you’re experiencing and what you would like to change or understand more clearly.

​

2. Relaxed Meditative State
You’ll be guided into a calm, relaxed state that opens the door to the subconscious mind.

​

3. Identifying Subconscious Patterns
Using intuitive techniques, we uncover beliefs, emotional imprints, or patterns connected to your concern.

​

4. Replacing Limiting Beliefs
Outdated or unhelpful beliefs are gently replaced with supportive, positive ones.

​

5. Integration & Closing
We review what came up and allow time for grounding before the session ends.

 

Most sessions last 60–90 minutes.

How is ThetaHealing® different from hypnosis or RTT therapy?

ThetaHealing®, hypnosis, and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) all work with the subconscious mind, but they do so in very different ways.

ThetaHealing® is a gentle, guided meditative process where you remain fully aware, present, and in control at all times. The session is interactive and collaborative—we work together to identify and shift subconscious beliefs based on what feels safe and relevant to you.

There is no suggestion, scripting, or re-experiencing of past events required. Many people appreciate that ThetaHealing® feels calm, supportive, and respectful of personal boundaries.

​

Hypnosis and RTT therapy typically involve a deeper trance state and often rely on suggestion, repetition, or listening to recorded scripts to create change. These approaches may involve revisiting past experiences or imprinting new beliefs through repeated reinforcement.

In contrast, ThetaHealing® focuses on conscious awareness, intention, and moment-to-moment belief change, enabling shifts without force or pressure.

If you prefer a method that keeps you mentally present and actively involved in the process, ThetaHealing® may be a better fit.
