Sessions

Reiki sessions consist of a fully clothed patient who lies on a massage table or sits comfortably in a chair* while receiving a soft, non-invasive touch from the practitioner’s hands, starting at the head and ending at the feet. The placement of the hands is never intrusive or inappropriate, and is kept light and soft. Reiki is safe for all ages, including children and pregnant women. 

The Seated or Mini Treatment Session is a 30-minute session in which a fully clothed patient sits comfortably in a chair. This option is best suited for individuals who cannot lie on a massage table for extended periods or with knee and hip issues.

A Sound Massage can be a preventive therapy and has shown remarkable, swift improvement in many cases of physical, mental, and emotional pain. During the Sound Massage, an atmosphere of safety and security is created that allows us to let go, and pain seems to melt away—letting go of stress, worries, anxieties, doubt, fears, and emotions that affect our health and lives. All sound massages take place fully clothed (please no zippers or buttons on clothing, if possible). Like most alternative healing modalities and meditative practices, everyone's experience is different and unique, and new things may come up in each session. Sound Massage is a scientifically recognized method that combines ancient healing practices with sound, adapted for today's sophisticated world. 

A Sound massage is suitable for children and adults, and each session is tailor-made to suit the client's needs. People react differently to the treatment. Some fall asleep during the treatment, some feel wide awake, and some feel like they have drifted off to a new level!

I provide a compassionate, safe environment, and sessions are completely confidential.  A treatment session can be in person or live via Zoom, FaceTime or Messenger Video Chat.
