A Reiki Session offers you a safe, peaceful space to gently release stress, tension, and emotional heaviness while deepening your connection to your own inner resilience and clarity. During the session, you remain fully clothed on a massage table or comfortably seated as soft, non-invasive touches are placed from head to feet, inviting your nervous system to unwind and your body to settle into a state of deep relaxation. Reiki is more than a moment of rest — it’s a restorative experience that supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself. Many clients have shared that they feel calmer, sleep more deeply, find relief from daily anxiety, and sense emotional knots gently loosening. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or just feel “off balance,” this session is designed to help your entire being recharge with kindness and intention. This modality is safe for adults of all ages, including those who are new to energy work. It’s not a treatment for medical conditions, but many people feel that the gentle energy support positively complements their overall health journey. Your time with us will be compassionate, respectful, and entirely about your comfort and support.
Cancellation Policy
Our appointments are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 26 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 26 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. If you join a waitlist, you will be contacted if an opening becomes available.
